We want you to love your stickers! Because our products are made-to-order and delicate, we have a limited returns policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

What returns do you accept?

We only accept returns or replacements for sticker sheets that arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling. Examples include:

  • Severely creased, bent, or torn envelopes
  • Water-damaged packaging
  • Stickers visibly ruined due to carrier error

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental purchase
  • Minor color variation due to screen differences
  • Damage caused after delivery

What proof is required?

To process a return or replacement, we require:

  1. Clear photos of the damaged packaging
  2. Clear photos of the damaged sticker sheets
  3. Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt)

This documentation helps us file claims with the carrier and ensure you are taken care of quickly.

How do I submit a return request?

Please utilize our contact us page and follow the prompts as well as adding:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and respond as soon as possible.

What happens after my claim is approved?

Depending on your preference, we will:

  • Reship your items, or
  • Provide a refund for the damaged portion of your order
